First, I must disclose that I, myself, am a real estate agent located in NJ. I pride myself on providing top notch service to my clients. So I guess you could say that I am probably more critical of other agents than most, because I know how this job should be done. I can honestly say that Bill and Stacey are fantastic. They knew exactly what we were looking for and found it for us. As I’m sure many do in the Florida market, we bought our property sight unseen. Bill and Stacey FaceTimed us from the property a few times and pointed out things that we need to be aware of. There were no surprises when we finally saw the property in real life. All of the vendors that they recommended were top notch and our closing went very smoothly without any hiccups. We give Bill & Stacey five stars! We first met them a year ago. We looked at numerous properties and at the time we weren't ready. They continued to stay in touch with us. In February we saw something that peaked our interest and thought it would be fun to get away from Key Largo for a day. We contacted Stacey and she said she would show us that property but she also wanted us to see another one she thought we would like. It was turnkey, and we fell in love with it. We actually weren't ready to buy, but we made an offer and they made it happen! They have been so informative, and ready to assist with any questions, issues or problems. We'd certainly recommend them to anyone shopping in the Naples area, especially The Isles of Collier Preserve!!
